Why do I have to pay a deposit?

a deposit helps me manage observers vs. customers.

it also allows dates to be designated as open or booked.

 What does my deposit pay for? 

Your deposit is GUARANTEEING your shoot session on the date and time we both agree upon. 

What if I have to cancel?

In the event a reschedule/cancellation is needed, the deposit will roll over to the next desired date within 30 days. 

All reschedules/cancellations require a 48 hour notice. Any cancellations under 48 hours prior to shoot time will not have deposit credited towards a rescheduled date.

How can I pay my deposits?

Deposits can be made using PayPal(shotbydrice@gmail.com) or CashApp ($shotbydrice)

Pre shoot Terms

PAYMENT

All sessions require a deposit or payment to secure your date and time slot. If only the deposit is paid the remaining balance is due at shoot. Please respond to booking@damonrice.com with any questions or concerns.

Studio LOCATION

JAZZYSTUDIOS | The Motor House | 120 W North Avenue Baltimore, MD 212015

GENERAL GUIDELINES

*No kids are allowed in the studio unless they are the clients being serviced.

Due to limited studio space, Only necessary staff will be allowed in studio.

Please advise all rides, friends etc. of the limited studio space situation prior to shoot date.

Jazzy Studios is a PG13 studio. No foul language or abrasive music is allowed. Please, no food or drinks allowed in studio. Water will be provided. No cell phone or video of shoots allowed  unless previously discussed with photographer.

Please make sure your staff and personnel are aware of the In House Rules

LATENESS AND CANCELLATION

The photographer is not responsible for lateness, no shows of you or your accompanying personnel. If for some reason extensive lateness or a no show results in a cancellation there will be a one time credit towards a future shoot and an added $35 rescheduling fee added.

What happens after I click submit?
If your date and time is available you will be sent an email with a breakdown of cost. In that email a link or invoice will be attached with the total balance. If we are in agreement a request for deposit will be sent to your preferred payment method for processing. Alternatively you can make your payment via the Payment tab in the navigation menu.
